Ketogenic Diet Experiment: Day 1

Bacon and EggsDay 1 of the Ketogenic Diet Experiment is officially in the books.

And so far my experience can be summed up in one word: BACON! Massive amounts of bacon.

Peter Attia at the Eating Academy, who I first encountered here, convinced me to give this thing a shot.

So for the rest of the quarter, my plan is to adopt a ketogenic diet while maintaining my current activity level.
